If you think another lender has a more competitive price, send us their loan estimate within one (1) business day of the date on the estimate. If they have a more competitive offer, we will match it up to 1% of your loan amount.

Offer is only to customers who do not have a rate lock with Homeward Mortgage in the sixty (60) days prior to the date of the presented loan estimate from another lender.
Borrowers must meet the guidelines of Homeward Mortgage’s loan products. If the borrower must use an outside lender because they do not meet Homeward Mortgage’s guidelines, they would not be eligible for the Best Price Guarantee.
"A competitor’s offer" is a competitor's Loan Estimate at the same rate and loan terms as the Homeward Mortgage Loan Estimate, but with lower closing costs, excluding property taxes and insurance (the fees listed in Sections E through H on your Loan Estimate). For purchase transactions using the seller’s title company, the comparison will also exclude title fees.
Homeward Mortgage may, in its sole discretion, accept Loan Estimate proxies (e.g., rate sheets from other lenders) provided the rate and terms from the competitive lender are readily available to the general public.
The Loan Estimate must be dated within one (1) business day from its date of submission to Homeward Mortgage.
Offer is only valid in states where Homeward Mortgage is currently originating loans. It includes conventional and VA loan products on single-family residences, condominiums, and PUDs with a loan amount less than or equal to the maximum conforming loan limit on conventional loans. No limit on VA loans. FHA, USDA, Non-QM, Renovation Loans, or other loan products are not eligible.
Offer is not available for refinances.
To claim offer proceeds, borrower must fund the loan used to purchase their new home from Homeward with the same lender and Loan Estimate that Homeward Mortgage chooses not to match.
Amounts on the Loan Estimate may still vary within regulatory tolerances from the Closing Disclosure based on findings in underwriting, and all loans are subject to credit approval.
Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion. Offer is invalid if the borrower submits a Loan Estimate from a lender with a rate that is not publicly available (e.g., requiring a minimum amount of assets under management or employee discounts). Each borrower may only take advantage of this offer once per loan application.
Homeward Mortgage reserves the right to rescind or modify the terms of this offer without prior notice.
